f you’ve received acne treatments with me in the past, whether through monthly facials or a previous version of my program, you’re still in great hands.

Depending on where your skin is at:

• If your breakouts are under control and you're staying consistent, you may be eligible to start with the Clear Skin Maintenance Pack instead of restarting a full program.
• If you've seen some progress but would like to fully commit with a fresh routine and structured support, the Clear Skin Reset Program might be the best next step.

Yes, both the Clear Skin Journey Package and the Acne Starter Package have specific expiration dates to ensure you get the most out of your treatments.

• Clear Skin Journey Package: All 6 biweekly treatments must be completed within 90 days from your initial consultation.
  

Acne Starter Package: All 3 biweekly treatments must be completed within 45 days from your initial consultation.

To achieve the best results, it's important to stay consistent with your treatments. If you don’t complete the program within the specified time frame, any remaining treatments may be forfeited. You would need to purchase a new package or pay for individual treatments if you want to continue your skincare journey.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. Given our limited availability, we do offer a few options for extensions under certain circumstances:

• Short-Term Extensions (7–14 days): Available upon request for a $50 extension fee if you need just a little extra time to complete your treatments. This applies if your schedule doesn’t align with your next biweekly appointment.
  
  

• Long-Term Extensions (15+ days): If you need to extend beyond 14 days, you will need to purchase an additional session to rebook your treatment. We’ll work with you to ensure you get the care you need.

We understand that life can get in the way, and we want to make sure you get the care you deserve. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fees and ensure we can find a new time that works for both of us.

Late cancellations and no-shows: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee or forfeit the session.

In some special cases, such as medical conditions or major life events (e.g., pregnancy, surgery, etc.), we may offer a flexible extension of up to 30 days with proof of circumstance (doctor's note or similar documentation).

• Availability: Keep in mind that due to my limited availability, appointments will be subject to open slots. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs, but please reach out ahead of time to ensure we can plan appropriately.

f you choose to discontinue the program before completing all your treatments, you may be eligible for a partial refund for unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated based on the full price of any services already received (not the discounted package rate), minus any applicable fees (such as late cancellations or no-shows).

If you are discontinuing due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical issues or relocation), please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to discuss flexible options or possible accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Due to limited availability, it’s best to book your appointments as early as possible—especially for biweekly treatments. I recommend booking out your entire treatment schedule in advance to ensure the best results.

If you have paid for a package and haven’t received all the services, you may be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the package, according to consumer protection laws. However, please note:

• Cancellation Policy: If you miss an appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you may forfeit that treatment or incur a late cancellation fee. Our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy applies in these cases, and refunds may not be issued for missed treatments.
  
  

• Partial Refunds: If you decide to discontinue the program before all treatments are completed, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused treatments, minus any applicable fees (such as late cancellation fees or product purchase costs).
